Doctor Orders Streisand to Rest Her Voice
July 2, 2007 - 'Barbra Streisand European Tour 2007' promoter, Concert Productions International, regretfully announces the cancellation of the July 4th Stockholm show. Following doctor's advice, Streisand has been ordered to rest her voice for several days after developing a sore throat. The tour will now move on to Manchester where she is expected to perform as scheduled on July 10.
"I am disappointed at this unfortunate turn of events and so saddened to disappoint my fans. I was so looking forward to performing in the beautiful city of Stockholm" said Streisand.
The tour apologizes for any inconvenience due to the cancellation. Tickets must be exchanged where they have been bought, no later than August 4th.
